Webinar Sponsorship

Put your organization in front of more than 6,000 EMS professionals and 330+ departments across all 72 Wisconsin counties by sponsoring a WEMSA live webinar or on-demand course.

Every sponsored course is CAPCE-accredited and added to the WEMSA Learning Portal, so your sponsorship keeps reaching providers all year (up to three years). Live webinars are typically held on the fourth Wednesday of the month from 6:00 to 7:00 PM CST, but we’re happy to work with you on a date and time that fits your schedule.

Sponsorship includes:

• Event coordination, hosting, and registration management
• CAPCE accreditation and Medical Director review
• On-demand course development, including video editing, post-test, and learner feedback
• Sponsor recognition on the registration page, in the WEMSA newsletter, and on WEMSA social media
• Ongoing sponsor credit on the on-demand course

How to get started:

1. Inquire at wemsa@wisconsinems.com to discuss your topic and timing.
2. Purchase your Education Sponsorship and submit your content using the Content Submission Form.
3. Our team will review your submission and contact you if additional information is needed. Final slides are due at least two weeks before a live webinar for Medical Director review.

Please note: Sponsored educational content must meet CAPCE requirements, including being free from product promotion, marketing, and commercial bias, and presenting comparable options when devices or products are discussed. WEMSA has final approval of the topic, presenter, and content.
