Anette Wisniewski

Anette Wisniewski is the Membership Manager at the Wisconsin EMS Association, where she is dedicated to building strong connections and supporting emergency services professionals across the state. She enjoys being at the center of member engagement by helping individuals and organizations feel informed, valued, and connected to a larger community.

In her role, Anette leads membership coordination efforts and plays a key part in creating seamless, positive experiences, from onboarding new members to supporting long-term engagement. She is deeply involved in planning and managing events, conferences, and initiatives that bring people together and strengthen relationships across Wisconsin’s EMS network.

With a background in operations and human resources, Anette brings a thoughtful, solutions-oriented approach to her work. She is always looking for ways to improve processes, enhance communication, and ensure things run efficiently behind the scenes. Her attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple moving parts help create smooth, successful experiences for members and partners alike.

Anette holds a Bachelor of Science in Sociology with a focus on Human Services from Carroll University, a foundation that continues to shape her people-centered approach to her work.
