Anette Wisniewski

Anette Wisniewski is a membership and operations professional with more than 15 years of experience supporting clients, employees, and large-scale organizations through high-quality service and efficient systems. She currently serves as the Membership Manager for the Wisconsin EMS Association (WEMSA), where she leads member engagement, and manages key operational functions that support EMS professionals across Wisconsin.

Prior to joining WEMSA, Anette spent over a decade with Aquent, where she provided HR and operational support for major enterprise clients including Accenture, General Motors, and Nike. In that role, she supported a workforce of more than 200 employees, managed onboarding and benefits processes, and developed reporting systems to improve operational performance and compliance.

Anette is known for her strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to build relationships across diverse groups. She brings a practical, solutions-focused approach to her work and is committed to improving the experience of the members and organizations she serves.
