WEMSA Technical Assistance

The Wisconsin EMS Association provides consulting and advisory services to help EMS agencies, fire department, municipalities, and partner organizations to strengthen local EMS systems. 

Advisory and consulting services fall into three buckets based on the level of technical assistance needed. We focus especially on municipal, districts, county-based, tribal, community-based, and non-profit EMS organizations to identify practical, data-driven, and community focused recommendations.

Member Technical Assistance

Included with active agency membership. This include shorter calls, reviewing situations, providing general guidance, answering questions, directing to resources, and in specific cases, an initial review.

Strategic Support & Design Partner

WEMSA invests extra staff time and resources to help EMS agencies develop reusable resources, agency-specific review, tool-kits, sample protocols, policies, etc. that help solve specific needs.

Consulting Engagement

WEMSA consulting services are designed to support real-world EMS leadership, planning, and problem-solving. Projects may include:
