Membership Instructions
We have provided instructions on how to Join, Renew your Individual Membership,
your Organization's Membership,  how to update your Service roster,
how to print your membership card and more.

How to Join:
If you are not currently a member of WEMSA we invite you to join the almost 7,000 EMS personnel we are currently very proud to represent.

Below "New User" enter your personal email address and click the "Register" button.  You will be asked for a password and to confirm that password.  When they match click the "Create Profile" button.  If you are joining as an Individual member select "Individual" from the drop down menu.  (If you are joining as a Corporate or Service member please find the appropriate instructions below.)  Your "Member Type" and "Membership Options" will default for you.  Please complete the rest of the form making sure to complete the fields with red asterisks.  Click the "Next" button at the bottom of the form.  Please review the information you entered.  Click the "Previous" button at the bottom to go back and correct any mistakes.  Click the "Next" button.  You can make your online payment here.  If you need to make arrangements for another form of payment please call the WEMSA office at 414-431-8193.


How to Login:
To Login you will need your Username which is the email you registered with and your password.  You will have 3 attempts to login before you are locked out. There is a "Forgot Your Password" and a "Forgot Your User Name" link for your assistance. If you are having trouble logging in please contact the WEMSA office at 414-431-8193 prior to the 3rd attempt.  We are more than happy to verify or reset your credentials for you.


How to Renew Your Individual Membership:
You are able to renew your membership 60 days prior to your expiration date and within a 60 day grace period after your membership has expired.  To renew your membership login to your Individual Profile.  If you are not sure how to do this please follow the instructions above.

You will be brought to the Member Landing page.  We will share important Members Only information here.  Click on the "My Profile" link just below the image.  This will bring you to your Profile Information Page.  Just below the black and grey tabs you will find information regarding your renewal.  Below that will be a "Renew" button.  Click this button.  Your "Member Type" and "Membership Options" will default.  Click on the "Submit" button just to the right and down a bit.  This will pop up your renewal invoice.  To pay the invoice online click the "Pay Invoice" button.  If you need to download a copy of the invoice for your records or to turn into your Service or Employer click the "Download Invoice" button.  Follow your computer and printer instructions for printing.  If you are having difficulties renewing your membership please contact the WEMSA office at 414-431-8193 or [email protected]


How to Update Your Organization's Roster:
Only the Service Director or Key Contact can renew an organization's membership.  If you are the new Service Director or Key Contact please call the WEMSA office at 414-431-8193 so that we can update your login credentials for you.

Login to your Individual Profile following the instructions above.

Click on the "My Profile" link under the image.  This will bring you to your Individual Profile.  Now, hover over the "My Profile" tab.  Click on "Your Organization."  This will bring you to your Organization's profile page.  Click on the last small, blue hyperlink, "Individual Profiles."  This will bring you to the roster that appears on your renewal invoice.  Make the necessary roster changes from here.  To remove a member click the "Unlink" across from their name.  If you accidentally unlink someone, call the WEMSA office at 414-431-8193 to have them added back on.  If you need to add a new member (who you have confirmed does not have an active membership with another service) click the "Create Linked Profile" button at the top of the page.  You will need to enter their email twice; once as the Username and again for the email.   To enter the member's personal information click on their name.  Please provide us with their home address so that they can receive their copy of EMS Professionals magazine.  Please contact the office if you experience any issues.


How to Renew Your Organization's Membership:
Only the Service Director or Key Contact can renew an organization's membership.  If you are the new Service Director or Key Contact please call the WEMSA office at 414-431-8193 so that we can update your login credentials for you.

Login to your Individual Profile following the instructions above.

Click on the "My Profile" link under the image.  Do not click the "Renew" button unless you are making no changes to the names on your roster.  If you have to make changes hover over the "My Profile" tab.  Click on "Your Organization."  This will bring you to your Organization's profile page.  Click on the last small, blue hyperlink, "Individual Profiles."  This will bring you to the roster that appears on your renewal invoice.  Make the necessary roster changes from here.  To remove a member click the "Unlink" across from their name.  If you accidentally unlink someone, call the WEMSA office at 414-431-8193 to have them added back on.  If you need to add a new member (who you have confirmed does not have an active membership with another service) click the "Create Linked Profile" button at the top of the page.  You will need to enter their email twice; once as the Username and again for the email.  To update any member information and to add the remaining personal information for your new members, click on their name.

When your roster is correct and the number of members has not changed you may click on the small, blue "Invoices" hyperlink.  Click on the invoice that corresponds to your renewal.  You can pay this invoice online by clicking on the "Pay Invoice" button at the bottom.  If you need to print the invoice for your records click the "Download Invoice" button and follow your computer and printer's instructions.

If, after you have updated your roster, you are showing a different number of members please contact the WEMSA office at 414-431-8193 or [email protected] to have a new invoice generated to accurately reflect the payment due.

How to Print your Membership Card:
Login to your Individual Profile following the instructions above.

You will be brought to the Member Landing page.  We will share important Members Only information here.  Scroll down to the "Print your Membership Card" and click on the "Print" link.  This brings up your membership card.  Right click on the card.  Select the "Print..." from the drop-down menu.  Your printer's print instructions will pop-up.  Make sure you are viewing the page in Portrait setting and that the scale is set to 100%.  Select "Print"  

If your card does not print to a standard business card size, review your printer manual for further instructions.
