You’re invited to the Wisconsin Heart Failure Conference! This is a FREE professional education conference that will provide great opportunities for education, collaboration, and networking. This conference is open to anyone interested in improving Heart Failure care.   We have a limited number of seats, as well as a limited number of sleeping rooms available at a discounted rate so please register EARLY!  Please see invite attached.
