Wisconsin EMS Association. As a service member, you’ll be among Wisconsin’s most involved EMS services.
In addition to all of the individual membership benefits, Service and
Corporate members

and more! Service members help support the efforts of
the Wisconsin EMS Association to help ensure that someone is watching out
for your best interests. Plus, your company or organization will be listed in
Wisconsin EMS Association materials as a Service or Corporate member. Each member of your organization will stay informed with delivery of
EMS Professionals to their home. They can each take a $10/day discount at
the
Working Together Emergency Services Midwest Conference & Exposition,
use the

SERVICE MEMBERSHIP
Service membership is only $200 for the first 10
people on your service roster and $18/person after that - a $2 discount over regular membership. If you enroll 25 or more members, you will receive one additional
membership free. It’s easy to join the many Service members of the
Wisconsin EMS Association. First, fill out the Service/Corporate member
information
sheet. Then, simply provide us with your membership roster. All
that is required is the name, address, telephone number, E-Mail address, and level of training for each member
on your roster. If you don't want to enroll all of your members, Corporate membership is available for a flat fee. Send this information, along with your check, to the Wisconsin EMS Association. Your members will receive their membership materials in a few weeks.

CORPORATE MEMBERSHIP
Corporate Membership is available to organizations
either too large or too small to qualify for Service Membership, or for
companies and organizations serving the EMS market. As a
Corporate Member, you’ll be among Wisconsin’s most involved companies or
organizations providing or supporting Emergency Medical Services in Wisconsin. Corporate members
receive the same added benefits as Service members, including group buying,
access to consulting services, free products like the Wisconsin EMS
Association Resource Kit, and more! As part of your Corporate
membership, you name up to ten of your key employees as associates. They will stay informed with delivery of
EMS Professionals to their home or office. Plus, they can each use
our toll free hot line for help with their EMS questions and problems, and
they each will receive a membership card, window acetate, and yearly premium
item. Plus, your company or organization will be listed in Wisconsin EMS
Association materials as a Corporate Member. Corporate membership is only $350 each year. |
