AB-313 June 16, 2009 Bill to prohibit DHFS from charging a fee for EMT-Basic licenses. Bill has language similar to that in place for Wisconsin First Responders.
AB-324 June 16, 2009 Bill to make it a class A misdemeanor to impersonate an EMT, First Responder or Firefighter.
N/A Not Yet Introduced Bill would prohibit employment discrimination because of temporary absence from work for not more than 10 hours per year for the purpose of responding to an emergency call as a volunteer fire fighter, emergency medical technician, first responder, or ambulance driver.
