The Wisconsin EMS Association obtained the surplus inventory of paper ambulance run reports from the State EMS Office. Now, while supplies last, the forms are available at no cost to WEMSA service and corporate members. Member organizations may call or email the WEMSA office to arrange for local pick-up or discuss shipping options.
