Please note that oceanview cabins, regardless of occupancy, and triple and quad cabins in every category are very limited and subject to confirmation.

Air transportation is not included with the EMS Cruise.

$356.81 per passenger (subject to change)
(Carnival Cruise Line reserves the right to re-instate a fuel supplement for all guests at up to $9 per person per day if the NYMEX oil price exceeds $70 per barrel.)

Insurance Selection (learn more)

If you select Travel Guard, additional information and forms will be sent to you. These forms must be filled out and returned within two weeks to receive the extra benefits.

If you selected Carnival Protection Plan, the Invoice price will be updated and sent to you.

Deposit
A non-refundable deposit of $25.00 per person is due at time of booking. You will be asked to pay this amount by major credit card upon submitting this form, or will have the option to mail a check following completion of the booking. Bookings with deposits not completed by credit card or not received within seven days of booking will be cancelled. You must pay your deposit to complete your booking.

Be sure to have your credit card ready before you submit this form! Your deposit payment will take place on the next page. Do not complete this form or submit this form more than once! It may take several minutes for the submission to take place. If you submit more than once, it will result in all of your bookings being removed.
