Conference Kick-Off  Wednesday, January 30

Looking for a fun, relaxing, low key way to spend Wednesday evening? While the night could start out that way, we make no promises for what happens as the party moves along. We can assure you that the place to be on Wednesday night will be the Miller Time Pub located in the Hilton Milwaukee City Center. That’s where hundreds of conference participants, including those who have just arrived, will be hanging out. The Miller Time Pub will have drink specials, entertainment and a fun atmosphere for you to enjoy Wednesday night. Just remember to pace yourself because there are still three more days and nights yet to come.

Expo Hall Grand Opening & Champagne Reception  Thursday, January 31

Get your first look at the Working Together exposition hall following the close of sessions on Thursday. Meet with friends and vendors alike for two hours in the Midwest Airlines Center expo hall grand opening, complete with a cash bar. As the exposition hall closes at 7:00 PM the party will move to the Hilton Milwaukee City Center main lobby where the famous complimentary champagne reception will be in full swing. The Thursday night champagne reception has become a Working Together tradition and this year is no different. Stop by for a glass of bubbly as we welcome thousands to the 2008 Working Together conference.

Dueling Pianos  Thursday, January 31

Dueling Pianos is certainly not your mother’s or father’s piano bar. In fact, it’s more like the piano bar on steroids. Working Together attendees have had such a great time with Dueling Pianos at the past three conferences that we just had to bring this party duo back again for their fourth annual performance. Sing along, dance, and have an all out great time as Mark and Damian return from Atlanta, Georgia to entertain us all with their Dueling Pianos on Thursday night starting at 8:00 PM in the Hilton Milwaukee City Center Empire Ballroom. Friday Night Dance Party  Friday, February 1

The Friday Night Dance Party has earned its reputation as the one Working Together annual social event that is not to be missed. For the second year in a row, the Friday night party will be held in the second floor ballroom at the Hyatt Regency Milwaukee. Like many other past Friday Night Dance Parties, Celebrations Entertainment will provide the music, games, and good times for this fun-filled evening. Come early and enjoy a variety of cheeses, dips, bread, and hors d’oeuvres for the first hour. Then stay late and party until the wee hours of Saturday morning. Do not miss this opportunity to mingle with friends or bust a move on the dance floor!

Pirates of the Caribbean  Saturday, February 2

Arrre... you ready for a Jolly Roger of a good time? For many years the Post Conference Party at the Hilton Milwaukee City Center has helped to put the wraps on another successful Working Together conference. It’s your chance to say goodbye to all of your friends, both old and new, until next year. This year’s Pirates of the Caribbean theme is sure to have some of you sporting eye patches, wooden legs, and enjoying the Hilton’s best version of that infamous pirate vessel. Sorry, no parrots allowed. Violators will walk the plank! Celebrations Entertainment returns again to provide the music and games for this pirate-theme Working Together closing gala.
