Wednesday Night Warm-Up  Wednesday, January 27

Looking for something new and adventurous? How about something fun that won’t wear you out for the rest of the conference? This year we will leave Wednesday night up to you. Stop by and meet your friends at the Hilton Hotel’s Miller Time Pub. Check out some of the restaurants and bars in the area. Or head over to Potawatomi Bingo Casino for a night of fun. Shuttles will run every 30 minutes to provide transportation to and from the casino until the wee hours. Hotel guests age 21 and over will receive a voucher worth $15 in gaming money and $5 worth of food from any of the casino’s six restaurants. And if gambling is not your thing enjoy a night of socializing, music, food, and relaxing at the casino’s Bar 360, the Miller Time Pub, or one of downtown Milwaukee’s other famous spots.

Expo Hall VIP Showing and Grand Opening Thursday, January 28

Brand new this year. Are you the chief or the person obtaining equipment for your organization? You’re invited to a special VIP Grand Opening of the exhibit hall. You’ll have the entire hall and all of the vendors to yourself for a special, invitation-only showing. Then, as classes finish up for Thursday, all participants will get a first look at the Working Together exposition hall. This is often your best opportunity to meet with friends and vendors alike for two hours in the Midwest Airlines Center expo hall grand opening, complete with a cash bar.

Champagne Reception Thursday, January 28

As the exposition hall closes at 7:00 PM the party will move to the Hilton Milwaukee City Center main lobby where the now infamous champagne reception will be in full swing. The Thursday night champagne reception has become a Working Together tradition and this year is no different. Stop by for a glass of bubbly as we welcome thousands to the 2010 Working Together conference. This is a good opportunity to meet new friends and catch up with those from the past.

Rocking Dueling Pianos  Thursday, January 28

Back by popular demand is the entertaining and energetic sounds of Mark and Damian of the Rocking Dueling Pianos. Returning all the way from Atlanta, Georgia. They’ll again show us that piano music doesn’t have to be quiet and uneventful. Bring your dancing shoes and song requests and see what real piano music is all about. The fun starts at 8pm at the Hilton Hotel Empire Ballroom immediately following the Champagne reception.

The Ultimate M.A.S.H. Party  Friday, January 29

If fun is what you are looking for then this is the party for you. Start the night off with an hour of free hors d’oeuvres and then dance your socks off with The Pink Flamingo’s. They’ll be playing songs from the 60’s to the present and everything in between. And if dressing up is your thing, come as your favorite character from the TV show M.A.S.H. You could dress up as Hawkeye, Hot-Lips, BJ, Klinger, Frank Burns or just come in scrubs and fatigues. The largest party of the conference has gotten even better, so don’t miss it! Come join us at the Hyatt Regency Ballroom.

The Post-Party, a Saturday Night Tradition  Saturday, January 30

Get together one last time before everyone heads home for another year. Your favorite DJ’s from Celebrations entertainment will once again be there to play all of your favorites. The evening will start with an hour of complimentary drinks and continue with lots of dancing and fun. It’s a great way to relax and unwind from a week’s worth of classes and education before making that long journey home. The party begins at 8pm in the Hilton Hotel Crystal Ballroom.
