All Working Together conference participants are provided with a written conference evaluation form. The evaluation includes a total of 12 survey questions with multiple choice answers and four questions allowing for narrative answers. All returned evaluations are computer scanned for statistical analysis. All narrative comments are reviewed by conference and association staff members and are then provided to representatives of the Midwest Airlines Center, Hilton, and Hyatt hotels, food service vendors and conference speakers. In addition to the general evaluation, speaker and session evaluation forms are also computer scanned and read by conference staff members before being provided to the conference speakers. Evaluation results from all surveys are compared to the results from previous conferences to benchmark each speaker, session and general conference categories. A total of 486 conference evaluation forms from the 2008 conference, 635 conference evaluation forms from the 2007 conference, and 630 conference evaluation forms from the 2006 were returned to provide the results listed below.
